Warranty Claim Registration

In order to submit a warranty claim, the following are the minimum details required prior to completing any work. 

Please note; submission of this form should be the first step to initiate a review of the validity of the warranty claim. If valid, a task will be created and assigned with an ID number you can use for reference when claiming back expenses. 

All warranty applications/submissions are subject to final review and approval by JetmasterVic as per the published warranty information provided with our products.

Please include a detailed description of the issue including what you require to solve the problem. If you do not know how to solve the issue and are seeking advice as such, please also indicate this. Treat this field like an email.
Part numbers can usually be found in the parts diagrams - if not provide descriptions to the best of your knowledge.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase. In the case of new home construction, coverage under this manufacturer’s warranty begins on the date of first occupancy of the dwelling or six months after the sale of the product by an independent, authorized HHT dealer/ distributor, whichever occurs earlier. The warranty period for this manufacturer’s warranty shall commence no later than 24 months following the date of product shipment from HHT, regardless of the installation or occupancy date. The manufacturer’s warranty period for parts and labour for covered components is produced in the table in the owners manual.
If a Jetmaster Technician is requested, a travel fee from Melbourne will be charged to the selling dealer to complete any works regardless of it is a covered warranty issue as per the dealer service agreement.
